ใช้งาน Trend Micro OfficeScan XG อยู่ดีๆ พื้นที่ไดร์ C: หายไปไหน?

เมื่อมีการใช้ Trend Micro OfficeScan XG ไปสักพักก็จะพบว่าพื้นที่ไดร์ C: จะค่อยๆ หายไปเรื่อยๆ

กรณี ต้องการลบไฟล์ Temp files, Cache Files และ Log files ของ Trend Micro OfficeScan เวอร์ชั่น XG

เข้าไปลบไฟล์ตาม path ด้านล่างนี้

แต่เดี๋ยวก่อน ถ้ามีการลบไฟล์ Temp files, Cache Files, Log files และไฟล์อื่น ที่ทาง Trend Micro

ได้แนะนำไว้ พื้นที่ไดร์ C: ยังเหลือน้อยอยู่ มันคือปัญหาแล้วล่ะ และได้มีการเข้าไปตรวจสอบในแต่ล่ะโฟลเดอร์ ว่าโฟลเดอร์ไหน

กินเนื้อที่ฮาร์ดดิสก์เยอะ เช็คไปเช็คมาก็มาเจอจนได้ เฉลยเลยดีกว่า path นี้เลยครับพี่น้อง

โฟลเดอร์ Backup นี้ ทางผู้พัฒนาได้สร้างไว้ตอนอัพเดท Update Service Pack หรือ Hotfix ต่างๆ

ของ Trend Micro OfficeScan XG เมื่อผู้ใช้งานดาวน์โหลด Service Pack หรือ Hotfix

มาอัพเดทที่ OffceScan Server ตัวติดตั้งจะทำการสำรองข้อมูลไว้ให้ก่อนที่จะทำการอัพเดท

ในทุกๆ ครั้ง ข้อมูลไฟล์ที่สำรองไว้ มีเนื้อที่ระดับกิก (GB) เลยทีเดียว ต้องมาไล่ลบออกไปครับ

ข้อควรระวัง ถ้าลบไฟล์ไปแล้วจะไม่สามารถ Rollback หรือ Restore กลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้ครับ
